What Is The Military Discount?
In order to honor our veterans and active duty service members, we offer a 20% discount on treatment at our center excluding medications.
Eligibility:
- Active U.S. military or veteran with U.S. military identification card presented at the time of initial consultation.
- Patients are uninsured, denied coverage, or lack insurance benefits for treatment.
