Gina Paoletti-Falcone
RN, BSN
Gina Paoletti-Falcone, RN, BSN is a graduate of Northeastern University and has worked in Women’s Health since 1978. After working in Labor and Delivery at Boston City Hospital she taught at Youville Hospital School of Practical Nursing for several years before becoming the Nurse Manager in Labor and Delivery at Malden Hospital. In 1989 she joined Dan Tulchinsky, MD in a new infertility practice at Malden Hospital and moved with him to Reproductive Science Center of New England in 1997. Gina was the Clinical Services Manager at RSC until 2004 and returned as the Director of Clinical Operations in 2011.
Gina worked for 7 years as Clinical Services Manager at Freedom Fertility Pharmacy and was responsible for developing infertility educational content for patients, nurses, employees and managed care plans. She was instrumental in the development and launch of Freedom MedTEACH, a web based medication video instruction resource for patients. Gina has presented at regional and national nursing conferences and at the ASRM annual meeting.
In October 2013 Gina joined Fertility Centers of New England as Director of Clinical Services. After more than 30 years as a fertility nurse, her passion for fertility nursing remains focused on educating and empowering patients to take an active role in their treatment and the critical role that fertility nurses play in their patients’ care. She is especially proud that FCNE has been recognized by ASRM as a Nursing Center of Excellence because the nursing staff is certified in REI nursing. The additional education that the course and certification exam provide ensures the highest standard of knowledge in caring for infertility patients.
Gina enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her sons and grandsons who are the light of her life.
