Caitlin Sacha, M.D.
Dr. Sacha is an REI physician who joined our team of female physicians in 2021 and is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, where she also stayed to complete her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. In fellowship, Dr. Sacha pursued clinical and research interests in ovulatory disorders, anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), the impact of environmental factors on reproduction, and placental development in IVF pregnancies. She was awarded grants for her research and presented her work at national and international conferences. She is an author on over 20 peer-reviewed publications, and she holds an instructor position at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. Dr. Sacha is passionate about fertility education, understanding how fertility treatment affects maternal and fetal outcomes, using the latest evidence-based guidelines in her practice, and personalizing patient care to help patients reach their family building goals.
Dr. Sacha was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. She earned her undergraduate degree in Chemistry and French at Duke University and stayed at Duke for medical school, where she completed a year of research as a Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) research fellow. Outside of work, Dr. Sacha loves to spend time outdoors with her husband and children, travel, play cello, and work in her garden.
